My reflection on the TNE program.

it is all started when my brother Abdi Farah Hussain, who was a student at the IITE first batch at that time, shared with me the application form letter and told me to apply and take this opportunity to become a member of the 2nd batch of students, unfortunately, I will not be a member of them,
the next year I applied,

Accepting my application later seemed like a miracle to me, really it was an email that change whole my mood when I was one of the students who passed after the interview.it is great pleasure to be selected from among more than 1,400 people.

July 26 was the beginning of life journey, we started the core life skills course, the class was very much
interesting, every week we are learning something that changed  our lives a lot,

we learned a lot of essential skills which include, critically-thinking, communication skills, problem-solving, goal setting, facilitation of workplace conflict, and financial planning. the most favorite things that I have learned in this course were teamwork and group discussion, In every section, we make a group discussion about a specific issue to solve a problem and come with a solution.

when the core life skills were completed, we had to choose between the employability or entrepreneurship truck.

for me, it was not so clear where I was going when I joined IITE, but while we were in core life skills course class, there were guest speakers, one of people who spoke was  Mohsen aylawe  the CEO of SADA, and he shared with us his business journey.... before starting his business he was an employee, after that day I decided to be an employability truck

the employability truck goes to IRISE-HUB for training their employability skills, during the class, we also learned a lot, which was very important and helped us our truck, we have learned another essential skill which is how to search for a job, writing CV and interview actually it was an amazing day for us.

when I finished my employability class, I was able to search websites for jobs, writing CVs.
